Shane McMorran

Shane has established a solid reputation for being a friendly and hard-working realtor who puts the needs and interests of his clients first. His excellence in service and the ability to achieve results for his customers year after year has earned him both National and International recognition.

Shane is a long-time resident having arrived in Vernon in 1981 and investing the following 20 years in community social services and community development activities with the Boys and Girls Club of Vernon and North Okanagan Youth and Family Services. 

Shane enjoys many Okanagan activities with his spouse, Chris, including golf at Predator Ridge (where they live and play!), wine touring and tasting, and snowshoeing.

Trevor McMorran

Trevor entered the real estate profession in 2007 with the same commitment as his father, to serve the needs and achieve the goals of each client. His diligence and friendly manner have formed the foundation on which he has built a successful practice. Trevor was born and raised in Vernon and has an intimate knowledge of Vernon and all of its niche neighbourhoods, schools, and amenities.

On his days off Trevor enjoys playing soccer year-round as well as many other outdoor activities such as hockey in the winters and hiking in the summers. He is also part of several community focused clubs in the area, most notably Rotary Club of Vernon where he became a member in 2009 and has already taken part in many community projects and is a Paul Harris Fellow.
